At Prime Watches, we stand behind the quality of our Dubai-imported premium watches and offer a 6-month warranty on machinery from the date of delivery.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in the watch movement.

  • Quartz technology failures not caused by external damage.

2. What is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage (scratches, cracks, or broken parts).

  • Water damage or exposure beyond the recommended resistance level.

  • Damage due to mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Straps, batteries, and external accessories.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To claim the warranty:

  2. Provide your order number, delivery date, and issue details.

  3. Attach a clear 360° video showing the defect.

  4. If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the watch at no extra cost.

4. Repair & Replacement Time

  • Repairs or replacements take 7-14 business days after approval.

  • If an exact replacement is unavailable, we may offer a similar model or store credit.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for sending the watch back to us for warranty claims.

  • Prime Watches is not liable for return shipping fees unless the defect is confirmed.

6. How to Avoid Warranty Voiding?

To ensure your warranty remains valid, avoid:

  • Physical damage, mishandling, or dropping the watch.

  • Water exposure beyond the recommended resistance level.

  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering with internal components.
