At Prime Watches, we stand behind the quality of our Dubai-imported premium watches and offer a 6-month warranty on machinery from the date of delivery.
1. Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in the watch movement.

Quartz technology failures not caused by external damage.
2. What is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover:

Physical damage (scratches, cracks, or broken parts).

Water damage or exposure beyond the recommended resistance level.

Damage due to mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Straps, batteries, and external accessories.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To claim the warranty:

Attach a clear 360° video showing the defect.

If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the watch at no extra cost.
4. Repair & Replacement Time

Repairs or replacements take 7-14 business days after approval.

If an exact replacement is unavailable, we may offer a similar model or store credit.
5. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for sending the watch back to us for warranty claims.

Prime Watches is not liable for return shipping fees unless the defect is confirmed.
6. How to Avoid Warranty Voiding?
To ensure your warranty remains valid, avoid:

Physical damage, mishandling, or dropping the watch.

Water exposure beyond the recommended resistance level.

Unauthorized repairs or tampering with internal components.
