1. Replacement Policy (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product has a manufacturing defect
- Wrong item delivered
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused
- Must be returned in original packaging with all contents
2. Return & Refund Policy
We follow a resolution-first approach.
- Customers must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
- Our team will review the issue carefully
If:
- Replacement is not possible, or
- Issue is verified and valid
Then a refund may be approved.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund timeline: 5–7 working days
4. Important Conditions (Read Carefully)
- ❌ No return/refund for change of mind
- ❌ No return for used or damaged-by-customer products
- ❌ Minor color/design variation (due to lighting) is not eligible
- ❌ Strap wear & tear after usage is not covered
