1. Replacement Policy (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Wrong item delivered

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused
  • Must be returned in original packaging with all contents

2. Return & Refund Policy

We follow a resolution-first approach.

  • Customers must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
  • Our team will review the issue carefully

If:

  • Replacement is not possible, or
  • Issue is verified and valid

Then a refund may be approved.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timeline: 5–7 working days

4. Important Conditions (Read Carefully)

  • ❌ No return/refund for change of mind
  • ❌ No return for used or damaged-by-customer products
  • ❌ Minor color/design variation (due to lighting) is not eligible
  • ❌ Strap wear & tear after usage is not covered

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos/video of the issue

Without proof, requests will not be approved.
